| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国鲜莲子剥壳技术水平落后、效率低下、不能满足企业需求这一现状,研发了一种自动化剥壳技术。为了实现高效低耗损机械化莲子剥壳,针对鲜莲子的物理结构特点及切割特性,深入分析了实现莲子剥壳所需各技术环节的特点与实现机构,设计了一种高效的自动化莲子剥壳机。该机具有剥壳率高、破损率低、结构紧凑和性能稳定等特点,能够满足相关企业扩大生产的需求。

| Abstract: | An automatic technology has been researched to solve the problem that the existing Lotus Seeds decladding technology and equipment is inefficient and can not meet the demand of enterprise.
