鸭蛋新鲜度模型的试验研究

摘    要:用计算机视觉技术,研究了鸭蛋新鲜度模型。取当天产新鲜鸭蛋,分青壳蛋和白壳蛋各150枚置于恒温衡湿环境中。每次定时任意取出其中白壳和青壳蛋各10枚用计算机视觉检测装置检测出蛋内容物的颜色参数。根据这些参数和与之对应且表征蛋新鲜度的Haugh值拟合出蛋新鲜度模型。白壳蛋新鲜度模型检验结果为:r=0.757,F=77.932;青壳蛋新鲜度模型检验结果为:r=0.767,F=75.911。检验结果表明鸭蛋新鲜度模型有较高的回归精度。

Abstract:Using computer vision technology, the model for fresh level of duck eggs was studied. 300 eggs were put in a thermostatic and humidistatic chamber, half of green shell and half of white shell. A sample of 10 eggs for green shell and for white shell were used to detect the color parameters of the egg content with the computer vision detector at one time. A model was simulated between the acquired parameters and the corresponding Haugh value characterizing fresh level of duck eggs.The results using this model for fresh level of duck eggs were: for white shell eggs, r =0.757, F =77.932; for green shell eggs, r =0.767, F =75.911, which indicates the relatively high regression precision.
