摘    要:在吴兆苏等(1984)创建的小麦基础群体中,采用不同的选择方案,对不育株和可育株分别进行两轮选择。结果表明两轮选择显著地降低了可育株和不育株群体的株高。可育株群体株高的下降速率大于不育株群体。单株产量和单株穗数没有得到显著的改良。相关性状穗长、千粒重等出现负向间接选择效应。轮回选择通过选株间的互交,维持了不

Abstract:Two cycles of phenotypic recurrent selection for plant height and spikes per plantof sterile plants and two cycles of mass selection for plant height and yield per plantof fertile plant in a wheat base population were evaluated to measure the direct re-sponse for correlated traits.The results showed that there was significant decrease ofplant hight for both sterile plants and fertile plant,but no increment of spikes perplant and yield per plant was found.Negative correlated responses were found in earlength and spikelets per spike.The realized genetic gain achieved by mass selection forplant height was greater than that of recurrent selection.Recurrent selection for sterileplant could maintain the more genetic variation than the mass selection for fertileplants.Realized genetic gains of all agronomic traits were lower than expected geneticgains.
