摘    要:采用丙烯酰胺琼脂电泳技术,对重庆北碚缙云山麓特产缙云矛3个居群的36个个体功能叶片细胞色素氧化酶的同工酶谱带进行了测定,并进行编码,然后采用Sokal-Sneath结合系数的组平均法(UPGMA)和Sokal-Michener结合系数的加权平均法(WPGMA)对各酶谱带进行聚类分析;同时结合遗传杂合度(He)、遗传相似性系数(I)、遗传距离(D)进行遗传分析。结果表明,来自同一居群的个体,不但同工

Abstract:Cytochrome oxidase (CYT) isozymic variation in leaves of 36 plants from 3 isolated Euonymus chloranthoides populations, which are endemic to North Hot Spring of Chongqing were studied by the acrylamide electrophoretic technique. The isozyme bands of the E. chloranthoides is scored to construct the two-state date matrix which is calculated by the Sobal-Sneath association coefficients clustered by UPGMA and by the Sobal-Michener association coefficients clustered by WPGMA. The genetic heterozygosity (He). genetic identity (I) and genetic distance (D) from the isozyme bands were further calculated. Results indicate that individuals from the same population show higher similarity in isozymic bands and higher genetic homogeneity. while individuals show certain genetic differentiation. However. the results of the individuals.from different population is contrary to that from the same population. And the results is similar to that of the Es. POD. SOD. ACP. The environment isolate and special vegetative reproduction of tile species lead to above results. The experiment afford certain theoretical basis for protecting endangered spedes.
