| 摘 要： | 米砖是我国砖茶中唯一的红砖茶,也是边销茶中独特而又重要的组成部分。但是一直以来,由于其产量及消费地域的局限性,加上与之相关的文献资料又相对缺乏,使得人们对于米砖茶的认识一直十分有限。本文从米砖的得名、起源、制作、饮用四个方面入手,对它进行了较为全面的解读。

| Abstract: | Mi brick tea is the brick tea prepared using black tea as material,and it is an important border- selling tea of China. Due to the limit of its production and consumption regions,documents about it was rare,leading to the misunderstanding it. This paper descrided the etymology,history,processing and drinking of the Mi brick tea. |
