蝴蝶兰花梗初代培养的研究

摘    要:本试验以蝴蝶兰花梗为外植体,MS为基本培养基,对影响腋芽诱导的MS基本培养基中无机盐浓度、植物生长调节物质的种类和浓度配比、外植体选取部位等因素进行了研究。试验结果表明:选用1/3MS处理来诱导花梗腋芽萌芽生长的综合效果最好;单独使用细胞分裂素(6-BA)时芽的诱导率比同时使用细胞分裂素和生长素的诱导率高;花梗腋芽的取材部位影响萌芽率和营养芽的形成。

Abstract:The induction of vegetative shoots from axiilary buds of Phalaenopsis flower-stalks was studied in vitro on the media of MS and some kinds of modified MS.The axillary bud sprouting rate was 82.4% on the medium of 1/3MS 6-BA5 mg/L NAA0.2 mg/L by the culture of flower-stalk segments each with one bud.After cultured 40 days,all of the sprouting buds formed vegetative shoots.The position of inoculation make important effect on the prouting of axillary duds and the formation of vegetative shoots.The media of 1/3MS with 6-BA5 mg/L was best for the induction of vegetative shoots from axillary buds of flower-stalks.
