全株青贮构树对蛋鸡产蛋性能、蛋品质、器官指数及血清生化指标的影响

摘    要:试验旨在研究全株青贮构树对海兰褐蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质、器官指数及血清生化指标的影响。选取23周龄健康的海兰褐蛋鸡288只,随机分成3组,每组8个重复,每个重复12只鸡。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组则分别在基础饲粮中添加1%和5%的青贮构树饲料,预试期7 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,试验组提高了初产蛋鸡的平均日采食量、平均蛋重和料蛋比(P<0.05);试验组提高了蛋鸡血清中的高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量和谷草转氨酶(AST)/谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的比值(P<0.05),1%青贮构树组降低了蛋鸡血清中总甘油三酯(TG)含量(P<0.05),并提高了AST活性(P<0.05),而5%青贮构树组提高了血清中低密度脂蛋白(LDL)含量(P<0.05),并降低了ALT活性(P<0.05);试验组降低了蛋鸡的心脏指数(P<0.05);1%青贮构树组降低了蛋鸡的肝脏指数(P<0.05),提高了腹脂率(P<0.05);5%青贮构树组的脾脏指数低于1%青贮构树组(P<0.05);5%青贮构树组可改善鸡蛋蛋黄颜色(P<0.05),...

Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the effects of silage Broussonetia papyrifera(SBP) on laying performance, egg quality,organ indexes and serum biochemical indexes of Hyline browns. A total of 288 healthy 23-weeks-old Hyline browns were randomly assigned into 3 groups with 8 replicates in each group and 12 hens in each replicate. The hens in the control group was fed a basal diet, the trial groups were fed basal diet supplemented with 1% and 5% SBP, respectively. The experiment lasted for 56 days after 7 days pre-experiment. Compared with the control group, the average daily feed intake, the average egg weight and the feed to egg ratio in the trial groups significantly increased(P<0.05); The content of high density lipoprotein(HDL) and aspartate aminotransferase to alanine aminotransferase(AST/ALT) ratio in serum of trial groups significantly increased(P<0.05). The content of triglyceride(TG) was decreased and the activity of AST was increased in the serum of the 1% SBP group(P<0.05). The content of low density lipoprotein(LDL) was significantly increased and the activity of ALT was decreased in serum of the 5% SBP group(P<0.05). The heart index of laying hensin the trial groups significantly reduced(P<0.05). The liver index of laying hens significantly reduced and abdominal fat rate increased(P<0.05) in the 1% SBP group. Compared with the 1% SBP group, the spleen index of the 5% SBP group decreased significantly(P<0.05). The yolk color and the albumen weight in 5% SBP group improved(P<0.05).Compared with the 1% SBP group, the thickness of eggshell in the 5% SBP group significantly reduced(P<0.05). In summary,dietary supplemented with SBP in the laying hens could improve the average egg weight, the average daily feed intake and the feed to egg ratio. The addition of 1% SBP is beneficial to laying performance and promote abdominal fat deposition. Adding 5% SBP can improve the yolk color of the egg and increase the albumen weight.
