| 摘 要： | 通过构建多重中介模型,检验分析"心理资本-人力资本-就业质量""心理资本-社会资本-就业质量"两条作用路径。结果表明,新生代农民工的心理资本可以通过人力资本及社会资本影响其就业质量,且心理资本对新生代农民工就业质量的作用比人力资本和社会资本都高。
