载铜蒙脱石对断奶仔猪生长性能及血清免疫指标、抗氧化指标、炎症指标的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加载铜蒙脱石对断奶仔猪生长性能及血清免疫、抗氧化、炎症等生化指标的影响。选取72头(25±3)日龄、体重为(7.42±0.88) kg的健康仔猪(公母各半),按随机区组设计分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头猪。3个处理分别为对照组、氧化锌+抗生素组及载铜蒙脱石组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,氧化锌+抗生素组前14 d在基础饲粮中添加1 600 mg/kg氧化锌+75 mg/kg金霉素+20 mg/kg吉他霉素,后14 d在基础饲粮中添加75 mg/kg金霉素+20 mg/kg吉他霉素,载铜蒙脱石组在基础饲粮中添加0.16%载铜蒙脱石。试验期28 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,氧化锌+抗生素组与载铜蒙脱石组仔猪14 d体重、28d体重、0~14d平均日增重(ADG)及0~28d ADG均显著提高,0~14d的耗料增重比显著降低。(2)与对照组相比,载铜蒙脱石组仔猪血清丙二醛含量显著降低,但各处理组间的免疫指标差异不显著。(3)饲喂氧化锌+抗生素组合或载铜蒙脱石显著降低了血清二胺氧化酶、白介素1-β、肿瘤坏死因子-α含量,且载铜蒙脱石能显著降低血清白介素-6含量。结果表...

Abstract:This study aimed to investigate the effects of copper-bearing montmorillonite on growth performance, serum immune indices, antioxidant index and inflammation index of weaned piglets. A total of twenty two healthy piglets(25±3 days, half barrows and half gilt) with body weight of 7.42±0.88 kg were randomly allotted to 4 blocks with three treatment in each block and 6 piglets per treatment. The three treatment were namely control group(CTR group), zinc oxide + antibiotic group(ZnO+ATB group), copper-bearing montmorillonite group(CSN group). CTR fed with basal diet, ZnO + ABT fed with basal diet supplied 1600 mg/kg ZnO + 75 mg/kg chlorotetracycline +20 mg/kg kitasamycin during 0-14 d, and basal diet with75 mg/kg chlorotetracycline +20 mg/kg kitasamycin during 14-28 d. CSN group fed with basal diet supplied 0.16% copper-bearing montmorillonite. The whole experiment lasted for 28 d. The results showed that compared to CTR, body weight of ZnO+ATB and CSN group markedly increased on 14 d and 28 d, average daily gain(ADG) increased during 0-28 d, and feed gain ratio decreased during 0-14 d(P<0.05). As compared to CTR, serum malondialdehyde content of CSN group decreased(P<0.05). while no differences were observed on immune index among the three groups. Fed with ZnO+ATB or CSN markedly decreased serum concentration of diamine oxidase, interleukin-1β, interleukin-6, tumor necrosis factor-α(P<0.05). Meanwhile, CSN decreased serum content of interleukin-6. These results suggested that supplementation of 0.16% copper-bearing montmorillonite can promote the growth performance, improve host antioxidation competence and decrease inflammation response of weaned piglets.
