摘    要:本文旨在探讨干旱胁迫下不同Ca~(2+)浓度处理对小麦种子萌发期间某些酶活性及发芽率的影响。将豫麦1364的种子分别用0.10%~0.50%Ca2+处理6~30h,后置于-0.70MPaPEG下萌发。结果表明,用0.10%~0.30%Ca2+处理种子6~30h,萌发期间α-淀粉酶、过氧化物酶活性显著高于水浸泡处理的,增强呼吸作用,提高发芽率。其中用0.18%Ca2+处理30h,0.20%Ca2+处理24h,0.24%Ca2+处理18h,0.30%Ca2+处理12h,0.40%Ca2+处理6h,酶活性最高,发芽率也最高。Ca2+处理超过0.40%,酶活性急剧下降,发芽率也明显降低。

Abstract:This paper studied relationship between Ca2+ concentration treatment and some enzyme,activities and germination percentage of wheat seeds in germination stage under drought stress. Wheat seeds of Yu Mai No. 13 were treated by0. 10% -- 0. 50%Ca2+for 6-30hours,then germinated in-- 0. 70MPa PEG. It was showed that activities of α ̄Amylase and peroxidase by 0. 10% -- 0. 30 %Ca2+treatment for 6 ̄ 30hours were much more intensive than water treatment's, respiration of germination stage was intensified, germination percentage was increased. However, enzyme activities and germination percentage were decreased by much more than 0. 40%Ca2+ concentration treatment.
