我国储粮中三种扁甲科害虫对磷化氢的敏感性

摘    要: 经研究锈赤扁谷盗Cryptolestes ferrugineus (Stephens)]幼虫、土耳其扁谷盗Cryptolestes turcicus (Grouville)]幼虫、长角扁谷盗Cryptolestes pusillus (Schoenherr)]成、幼虫对磷化氢的敏感性,结果表明:(1)磷化氢对供试害虫均有较强的毒力;(2)同一虫种、不同虫期和不同虫种、同一虫期对磷化氢的敏感性不同,其敏感性程度为:土耳其扁谷盗幼虫 > 长角扁谷盗幼虫 > 锈赤扁谷盗幼虫,且长角扁谷盗幼虫>成虫;(3)磷化氢对同一虫种、不同虫期和不同虫种、同一虫期达到有效CT值不同,且随着暴露时间延长,达到100%死亡率的CT值逐渐降低;(4)处理时间是保持磷化氢有效浓度的重要因素。研究结果对磷化氢低剂量长时间实仓熏蒸,充分发挥其彻底治理扁甲科害虫有着积极的指导作用。

Abstract:The sensitivity of larvae of Rusty grain beetleCryptolestes ferrugineus(Stephens)] and larvae of Turkey grain beetle Cryptolestes(Grouville)]and adult and larvae of Flat grain beetleCryptolestes pusillus(Schoenherr)]to Phosphine was reported in this paper.The results show that the Phosphine has most significant poisoning to the tested insects.It's different for the tested insects enclosing the same species,different stages and species,and stage to be sensitive to Phosphine.Their sensitivity degrees are:the larvae of Turkey grain beetle>larvae of Flat grain beetle >larvae of Rusty grain beetle,and the larvae of Flat grain beetle>larvae of Rusty grain beetle,and the larvae of Flat grain beetle>adult of itself.The different effective CT value(the Concentration time accumulate value)of Phosphine to the same species,different stages and species was reached,with the longer the exposed time the lower the CT value(the 100% mortality).The treatment time is the most important factor to keep the effective concentration of Phosphine.The great significant instruction to full storage fumigation of low dosage and long time closed treatment of Phosphine as to control the Population of Flat bark beetles(Cucujidae)thoroughly is also presented in this paper.
