| Abstract: | Chicken eggs are a nutritional food in people's daily life. Research on the correlativity of the storing conditions and freshness of eggs is necessary for the nondestructive detection of the internal quality of eggs. At the same time. it is significant for the storage, circulation and processing of chicken eggs. This paper deals with the correlativity between the freshness indexes and storing conditions. |
