| 摘 要： | 退耕还林是生态环境综合治理的关键措施。不合理的农村能源消费结构和落后的能源消费方式是破坏森林植被的重要原因之一。实施退耕还林后，必须妥善解决农村能源问题。通过分析，提出在退耕还林地区进行农村能源消费结构调整，改变以秸秆、薪柴为主要能源的能源消费结构，大力发展沼气和推广以煤代柴，逐步建立以沼气为主，煤炭、电力、薪柴为辅的多元能源消费结构。

| Abstract: | The returning of mountain farming land to forestry and grassland is a key measure for a comprehensive control of environment. The irrationality of rural energy consumption structure and backward energy consumption manners are ones of crucial reasons in destroying forest vegetation. The implementation of the returning of mountain farming land to forestry and grassland must properly settle rural energy problems. The article, through an analysis, puts forward the adjustment of rural energy consumption structure in the region of the returning of mountain farming land to forestry and grassland to change consumption structure of energy using straw and fuel wood as main energy and to devote major efforts to developing biogas and extending coal instead of firewood, and to gradually build up multi-energy consumption structure using biogas as the main and coal, electricity and fuel wood as the supplements. |
