摘    要:目的]探讨不同浓度6-BA对菊花分枝的影响。方法]以无污染、生长健壮的菊花组培苗的茎尖、茎段为外植体,在MS培养基中分别添加0(对照)、0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、0.9 mg/L的6-BA,观察菊花的分枝情况。结果]方差分析表明,处理间存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。多重比较分析表明,0.5 mg/L 6-BA处理与其他5个处理存在极显著差异(P<0.01)。在0~0.5 mg/L浓度范围内,菊花的分枝数随6-BA浓度的增高而增加,超过0.5 mg/L时,菊花的分枝数随6-BA浓度的增高而降低。结论]0.5 mg/L 6-BA处理的菊花的分枝数最多,分枝效果最佳。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose of the study was to discuss the effects of 6-BA with different concn.on the branching of chrysanthemum.Method] With shoot tips and stem segments of pollution-free and growing strongly chrysanthemum tissue culture seedlings as explants,6-BA at 0(CK),0.1,0.3,0.5,0.7 and 0.9 mg/L were added into MS media resp.and the branching of chrysanthemum was observed.Result] The variance analysis showed that there was extremely significant difference among treatments(P<0.01).The multiple comparison analysis showed that there was extremely significant difference between the treatment of 0.5 mg/L 6-BA and the other 5 treatments(P<0.01).In 0~0.5 mg/L,the branch number of chrysanthemum was increased along with the increment of 6-BA;while it exceeded 0.5 mg/L,the branch number of chrysanthemum was decreased along with the increment of 6-BA.Conclusion] The branches of chrysanthemum were most and its branching effect was best in the treatment of 0.5 mg/L 6-BA.
