| 摘 要： | 目的]随着我国改革开放的不断推进,经济增长和城市化进程日益加快,用地与经济发展之间矛盾日益加剧,设计研究土地开发整理信息系统,从而找出解决这一矛盾的有效途径.方法]立足我国目前土地开发整理业务的特点,在计算机技术和GIS的支持下,采用组件式开发模式,开发基于GIS的C#和ARCGIS的土地开发整理信息系统.结果]对系统的设计目标、实现形式、技术路线、结构及各个功能模块的实现方法进行了探讨和分析,实现了土地数据的图文一体化管理.结论]可满足对县级土地开发整理数据的查询和分析要求,并能为管理者提供决策支持.

Design of County-level Land Development and Consolidation Information Systems |

| Abstract: | 【Objective】As the continuous progress of our country's reform and opening up,economic growth and the urbanization process is accelerating,the contradiction between land use and economic development is growing in intersity,so the State pays more attention to land development and consolidation work.【Method】Therefore,the establishment of the system for developing and consolidating information and utilizing modern technologies to handle the land use plan and daily management work were the natural trend based on GIS and C# and ARCGIS.【Result】The system design objectives,forms,technical route,structure and functions of the various modules of the method was discussed and analyzed.It achieved the aim of integration of land map and text management.【Conclusion】At the same time,it met the demands of land development and consolidation of data query and analysis,and provided decision support for managers. |
