| 摘 要： | 通过对秦岭细鳞鲑、大鲵等经济鱼类引入河道、水库自然养殖项目,探索水资源有效、可持续保护、利用。采用当地政府、主管部门、社区项目实施人、自然保护区、专家、WWF等组织联合参与式保护的方法。得出了经济鱼类自然养殖项目保护了河道、湿地生物多样性,为旅游产业发展奠定基础,同时又有很好的社会、经济、生态效益,探索出一种水资源保护、经济鱼类引入、社区社会经济发展多赢的保护模式。旅游和水资源保护结合有利于水资源可持续利用。水资源可持续利用项目应优先在自然保护区下游河道进行。社区联合参与式保护河道,是一种有效、可持续水资源持续利用探索,应引起相关各利益方的高度重视。

| Abstract: | The approach to exploiting and conserving the water resources effectively and sustainably were explored through introducing lenok and giant salamander into river and reservoir fish farming.Local Government,responsible bureaus,director of community program,nature reserve,specialists and WWF cooperated with each other.River,biodiversities of wetland has been well protected by endemic fish farming program.Meanwhile,the program also benefits the development of tourism in future,generating a new model to integrate water resources protection,economical fish farming and community development,especially the integration of tourism.Water resource protection is essential for sustainable use of water.The program of water sustainable use should be applied in the rivers of Nature Reserves in priority.It should be given more attention in different stake-holders. |
