| 摘 要： | ［目的］比较2种方法进行桫椤atpB-rbcL序列测定的测序效果。［方法］通过PCR产物直接测序和克隆测序对桫椤叶绿体atpB-rbcL基因间隔序列进行测定与分析。［结果］结果表明，桫椤atpB-rbcL序列直接测序所得峰形紊乱，PolyT后出现多重峰;克隆测序结果峰形清晰，无干扰。［结论］对于桫椤atpB-rbcL序列测定，克隆测序优于直接测序。
