米邦塔仙人掌黄酮提取物的急性毒性试验研究

摘    要:为探讨米邦塔仙人掌黄酮提取物对小鼠的急性毒性作用,试验采用改良寇氏法,一次性给予小鼠灌胃不同剂量的米邦塔仙人掌黄酮提取物,观察和记录7d内小鼠的死亡率和中毒反应,计算该提取物的急性半数致死量LD50。结果显示:米邦塔仙人掌黄酮提取物对小鼠的LD50为10.24g/kg,95%可信限为8.32~12.60g/kg。结论:急性毒性试验表明该提取物对小鼠实际无毒。

Abstract:In order to explore the acute toxicity factions of flavonoids extracts in Opuntia milpa alta Haw to mice, Used the modified Karber's method, the extracts were treated with different oral doses in mice at one time. By observing and recording the mortality and toxic reaction of mice within 7 days, calculated the median lethal dose(LD50) of the flavonoids extracts. The results showed that the LD50 of flavonoids' extractso in Opuntia milpa alta Haw to mice was 10.24g/kg, the 95% confidence limit was 8.32~ 12.60g/kg.The acute toxicity test showed that the extracts were actually non-toxic on mice.
