超声波辅助法提取马齿苋多糖工艺研究

摘    要:多糖是马齿苋的主要生物活性物质,发挥着重要的药理功能。为确定超声波辅助法提取马齿苋多糖的工艺,本研究首先采用单因素试验对液料比,超声作用时间,超声功率,超声温度等因素条件进行选择,进而采用正交试验优化其提取工艺。试验结果表明,超声波辅助法提取马齿苋中多糖的最佳工艺为液料比为35:1 mL/g,超声作用时间为30min,超声功率为360W,超声温度为55℃。

Abstract:Polysaccharides is the main biological active substance in Portulaca oleracea L. and plays an important pharmacological function. In order to determine the extraction of polysaccharides from Portulaca oleracea L. by ultrasound-assisted extraction method, the optimum Ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions were investigated by the single-factor test and orthogonal test. The results showed that t the optimum conditions were as follows:solution and raw material ratio is 35:1 ml/g, ultrasonic time is 30 min, ultrasonic power is 360 W, ultrasonic e temperature is 55℃.
