| 摘 要： | 近几年,以培养管理人才为主的地方院校发展遇到前所未有的阻力,上海市教委发布2013年度专业预警名单,日语、工商管理等15个专业因为招生就业情况较差而遭遇点名。但对大学生就业市场的监测和预警并不能完全解决专业的发展问题,预警信息是针对静态就业市场,而不是动态培养过程。从培养人才的角度出发,结合十八大报告中的创新驱动战略,构建适应市场需求的工商管理柔性人才培养平台,试图解决大学生就业市场预警的时滞问题。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the local colleges and universities to foster management talents development encountered unprecedented resistance, Shanghai municipal education commission released 2013 annual professional warning list, Japanese, business management and so on specialties to be pointed out because of the recruitment of students＇ employment situation worse. But the monitoring and early warning of the college students＇ job market does not completely solve the problem of professional development, early warning information for static job market, rather than a dynamic culture. This article from the perspective of training talents, combined with the innovation drive strategy in the report to eighteenth, build to meet the market demand of flexible business management personnel training platform, trying to solve the problem of university students＇ employment market early warning of delay. |
