| 摘 要： | 芍药花器官在人工栽培选择条件下的花型演化类型与雌雄蕊的演变关系密切,是杂交育种亲本类型选择的重要依据。花粉生活力测定表明,单瓣型品种与金环型、台阁型、皇冠型和菊花型品种均存在着极显著差异,菊花型与台阁型、金环型间有显著差异,金环型、台阁型和皇冠型间均无显著差异;单瓣型品种花粉生活力最强,菊花型最弱。杂交育种亲本植株的选择与光照、温度等栽培环境条件的影响关系密切,在杂交育种亲本植株选择中应高度重视。 |

| Abstract: | The flower succession of cultivated Paeonia lactiflora had close relationships with the stamen and pistil succession,which is the fundamental for parental selection in cross breeding.The determination result of pollen survival ability showed monopetalous variety had great significant difference with the varieties of golden ring type,pavilion type,crown type and chrysanthemum type;The chrysanthemum type had significant difference with pavilion type and golden ring type;There was not significant different among golden ring type,pavilion type and crown type.The survival ability of monopetalous variety was the best of all,but the survival ability of chrysanthemum type was the worst one.The parental selection in cross breeding had close relationships with sunlight,temperature,etc.that should be paid more attention to. |
