摘    要:水电站建设会改变河流形态使河流变的均一化和非连续化,影响了河流环境的生境多样性,从而影响到河流生态系统的生物多样性和水獭的生活。这些影响主要表现在:大坝对河流的分割作用、水库水位上升淹没周围生境、工程施工影响等方面。海南岛各个市县以个人和集体投资兴修小型水电站的热潮正在兴起,而海南各地区在对这些小型电站的建设与管理方面却存在问题。文章就水电站建设尤其是海南岛兴修的小型水电站对河流生态系统及水獭的影响进行评价,并结合今后水电资源的开发提出生物多样性及水獭保护存在的问题和对策。

Abstract:Construction of hydropower station will change shape of rivers and make the rivers non - homogeneous and non - continuous, and impact habitat diversity of the river environment, thereby affectiing river ecosystem biodiversity and ecology of otters. These main affects include: the dams' segmentation, the reservoir water level rising to drown the land habitat of otter, the engineering construction disturbance etc. The upsurge of constructing small hydroelectric power station at each city county in Hainan Island is on the rise, but there are problems in construction and the management of these small hydroelectric power stations. This article gives appraisal to the influence of the hydroelectric power station on the rivers ecosystem and otters, unified the further development of water and electricity resources, and point out the problems of biodiversity protection and the suggestion.
