| 摘 要： | 近十年来,有关维生素C的研究主要集中在水产动物对维生素C的需求量以及其对水产动物的生理影响的产生机理等方面。本文系统地综述了近些年来国际和国内关于维生素C在水产动物饲料中的主要应用衍生物的需求量以及其重要生理功能的研究成果。
