摘    要:以 112头皖南黑猪为研究对象,采用PCR-SSCP方法检测胆固醇酯转运蛋白(cholesteryl ester transfer protein,CETP)基因的多态性。结果表明:(1) 皖南黑猪CETP基因第1内含子795碱基处发生C→T突变(C795T);(2) 在C795T突变位点中检测到CC、CT、TT 3种基因型,其基因型频率分别为0.6250、0.3036和0.0714;C的基因频率为0.7768,T的基因频率为0.2232;(3) 皖南黑猪CETP基因的多态信息含量(PIC)为0.2866,该位点处于中度多态;卡方检验表明,该位点的χ2值为1.7388,处于哈迪-温伯格平衡状态。
