摘    要:乙酰甲胺磷作为高毒农药甲胺磷的替代品,具有低毒、广谱等特点,但是它在使用过程中产生的增毒代谢物甲胺磷倍受关注。以盆栽番茄为对象,采用300和600 mg·L-1的乙酰甲胺磷水溶液进行灌根施药,研究番茄通过根部吸收土壤中乙酰甲胺磷并向果实转运与积累的过程。结果表明,通过土壤灌根施药方式,番茄可以通过根部吸收土壤中的乙酰甲胺磷,并且向上运输至果实;土壤中的乙酰甲胺磷在向果实转运过程中代谢产生了增毒代谢物甲胺磷,表明乙酰甲胺磷在番茄上的使用有质量安全风险。

Abstract:Acephate, a substitute for highly toxic pesticide methamidophos, has the characteristic of low toxicity and broad-spectrum, and attracts great concerning because of its toxic metabolites, methamidophos. In this study, we used tomatoes grown in pots as the research objects, using 300 mg / L and 600 mg / L of acephate to the tomatoes by root-irrigation, and studied the processes of absorption of acephate through the root of tomatoes, and then the transport to and accumulation in the fruit. The results showed that acephate in the soil can be absorbed by the roots and then be transported to tomato fruit. The process of the migration of acephate from the soil to the fruit produces a high toxic metabolite-methamidophos, indicating that the use of acephate in tomatoes will introduce some kind risks.
