摘    要:应用多变量形态度量学和传统形态学相结合的方法,对采自鄱阳湖水域的4种黄颡鱼的13个可量性状和15个框架结构数据进行统计分析,以探讨其形态差异及物种有效性。聚类分析表明,瓦氏黄颡鱼与长须黄颡鱼差异最小,首先聚为一支,后与光泽黄颡鱼聚为一支,普通黄颡鱼差异最明显,为单独一支。主成分分析与聚类分析结果一致。判别分析显示,建立的判别函数对4个物种的综合辨别率达95.10%,交互验证后达92.60%。上述综合分析结果可知,鄱阳湖水域4种黄颡鱼均为有效物种,建立的判别函数能够将4种黄颡鱼快速准确的区分开来。

Abstract:Morphological variations in four species of Pelteobagrus in Poyang Lake were determined. A total of 13 morphometric measurements and 15 truss network data were analyzed by combining multivariate morphometrics with traditional morphology. The results showed that P. vachelli and P. eupogon were clustered in the same group and this group was then clustered with P. nitidus. P. fulvidraco was clustered in its own group. The principal component analysis revealed that morphometric characters were coincident with the cluster analysis. Discriminant analysis indicated that the comprehensive identification rate of the discriminant function was 95.10% and it reached to 92.62% after cross-validation. These results suggested that all four Pelteobagrus were valid species. The discriminant function could be used to accurately and rapidly distinguish these species.
