| 摘 要： | 目前,农业科研及检测部门面临的一个重要问题是如何规范管理在科研和检测服务工作中农产品质量安全相关的仪器设备以及提高其科研和检测服务水平。文章通过分析科研与检测用仪器设备的管理特点和存在的主要问题,提出明确责任主体、优化配置设备和建立科学的考核机制与业绩评价体系等建议,以提高仪器设备在科研工作和检测服务中的使用效益。

| Abstract: | The problem emerging from the research and testing for the quality and safety of agricultural products was focused on how to manage the scientific equipments and improve its service level for research and testing.The significant characters and main problems existing in the management of scientific instruments were analyzed in the paper.Some advices were also proposed to improve the use benefit of instruments for research and testing,i.e.,to unambiguously determine the responsible body,optimize the allocation of equipment,and establish the scientific evaluation mechanism and performance appraisal system,etc. |
