摘    要:利用9个褐色中脉(bmr)饲用高粱(Sorghum bicolor)(23402,23419,Sweet Virginia,PACF8423,22053,22043,SS2,Ehorma和Brasero)品种,研究2种刈割方式(年刈割1次和年刈割2次)对饲草饲用品质(干物质体外消化率(IVDMD)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、可溶性碳水化合物(WSC)和粗蛋白(CP)含量)和农艺性状(株高、茎粗、叶茎比)的影响,并分析农艺性状和饲草品质的相关性。结果表明:年刈割2次与年刈割1次相比,茎粗和株高下降,而叶茎比增加,饲草的WSC含量、NDF和ADF含量下降,而IVDMD和CP含量上升,年刈割2次能有效改善bmr品种的饲草品质。年刈割2次和年刈割1次的SS2,22043和Sweet Virginia饲草品质均表现较高水平,优于其他品种。叶茎比、茎粗与IVDMD、CP含量和WSC含量正相关,与NDF和ADF含量负相关。株高与IVDMD负相关,与NDF含量正相关。株高较低、叶茎比高、茎粗较粗的bmr品种具有较高的饲用品质,叶茎比、株高和茎粗可作为筛选高消化率bmr品种的辅助形态指标。

Abstract:Nine brown midrib (bmr) forage sorghum varieties (23402, 23419, Sweet Virginia, PACF8423, 22053, 22043, SS2, Ehorma and Brasero) were used to investigate the effects of cutting (one-time-clipping and two-time-clipping) on the feed quality (in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), water soluble carbohydrates (WSC) and crude protein (CP) contents) and agronomic traits (plant height, stem diameter, leaf stem ratio and dry matter content). Results indicated that the stem diameter and plant height as well as WSC, NDF and ADF contents of two-time-clipping were lower than that of one-time-clipping, whereas the leaf stem ratio, IVDMD and CP content of two-time-clipping were higher than that of one-time-clipping. Two-time-clipping could significantly improve the feed quality of bmr varieties. The feed quality of SS2, Sweet Virginia and 22053 were more excellent than other varieties. The leaf stem ratio and stem diameter were positively correlated with IVDMD, CP and WSC contents, whereas were negatively correlated with NDF and ADF contents. The plant height was negatively correlated with IVDMD, whereas was positively correlated with NDF content. Therefore, the plant height, leaf stem ratio and stem diameter of bmr sorghum could be used as morphological traits to select the bmr varieties of high feed quality.
