| 摘 要： | 目的]研究沿海滩涂中华补血草Limonium sinense（Girard） Kuntz]全草的化学成分。方法]利用萃取、制备薄层、反复硅胶、Sephadex-LH20、开放ODS柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化常数测定及波谱分析对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果]分离得到11个化合物,分别鉴定为异鼠李素（1）、甘露醇（2）、β-谷甾醇（3）、齐墩果酸（4）、槲皮素（5）、槲皮素3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（6）、没食子酸乙酯（7）、山柰酚（8）、山柰酚-3-O-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷（9）、（＋）-儿茶素（10）、异鼠李素-3-芸香糖甙（11）。结论]化合物4,6,7,10,11为首次从沿海滩涂中华补血草中分离得到。

| Abstract: | This paper aims to study the chemical constituents of coast Limonium sinense (Girard) Kuntz.Eleven compounds were isolated by extraction,preparation-TLC,repeated silica gel,Sephadex-LH20,opened-ODS column chromatography,and the separated compounds were identified on the basis of physical-chemical constant and spectral analyses.Eleven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as isorhamnetin(1),mannitol (2),β-sitosterol (3),Oleanolic acid (4),quercetin (5),quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (6),ethylgallate (7),kaempferol (8),kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (9),(+)-catechin (10),isorhamnetin-3-rutinoside (11).Compounds 4,6,7,10,11 were obtained from coast Limonium sinense (Girard) Kuntz for the first time. |
