摘    要:以CIMMYT种质与黑龙江省适应性较强的自交系杂交构成半外来群体的选系为试验材料,通过田间接种鉴定研究其对玉米丝黑穗病的抗性。结果表明,CIMMYT种质的引进总体上有利于提高黑龙江省种质资源对丝黑穗病的抗性,其中Pob46可用来改良唐四平头类群材料和其他感病材料对丝黑穗病的抗性。

Abstract:The resistance of improved inbred lines selected from semi-exotic germplasm by CIMMYT and inbreds in Heilongjiang was identified by the method of artificial inoculation under field conditions. The results showed that it would enhance head smut resistance with CIMMYT germplasms are introduced in Heilongjiang Province. The head smut resistances of Tangsipingtou and other susceptible germplasm would be improved by introducing Pob46.
