五鹤续断不同生长期主要成分含量的变化

摘    要:分析了不同生长期五鹤续断的主要营养成分。结果表明 :随着生长期的延长 ,生物碱、多糖的含量相对增加 ,可溶性糖、氨基酸的含量相对减少 ,蛋白质的含量少且没有明显变化 ;不同部位比较 ,除蛋白质外 ,其他各营养成分都有显著差异 ,根的生物碱含量明显大于茎和叶 ,根、茎、叶中多糖、氨基酸含量呈递减分布。

Abstract:In the paper, the main nutrition of Dipsacus asper wall in different growing stages was analyzed. The result indicated that with the relative increase of polysaccharide and alkaloid and the delay of the growing stage, the content of soluble sugar and amino acid reduced relatively, while the little protein content did not change obviously. According to the comparison of the different parts,the alkaloid content in the root was much more than the one in the stalk and the one in the leaves. Except protein, all the other nutrition elements had gotten prominent differences, polysaccharide and amino acid content in different parts distribution descend one after another: the content in the root>the one in the stalk>the one in the leaves.
