山楂提取物对肉鸡生产性能及肠道微生物的影响

摘    要:旨在研究山楂提取物对AA+肉鸡生产性能和肠道微生物菌群的影响,并探讨了山楂提取物在肉鸡日粮中的适宜添加量.试验选用1日龄健康AA+肉鸡300只,随机分为5个处理组,每组60羽,设6个重复,每重复10羽.采用单因子试验设计,在玉米-豆粕型日粮中分别添加0、10、15、20和25 mg/kg的山楂提取物.试验期6周,分两个阶段进行(0~3和4~6周龄).结果表明:日粮中添加山楂提取物能显著提高AA+肉鸡的平均采食量(P<0.05)、平均日增体质量(P<0.05)和肉鸡生长后期饲料转化率,降低回肠、盲肠中大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05),并对空肠、回肠、盲肠中乳酸杆菌等有益菌的增殖有促进作用.根据试验结果,肉鸡日粮中添加山楂提取物的适宜添加量为20 mg/kg.

Abstract:The experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of hawthorn extract on growth performance and intestinal microflora of broilers, and discuss the optimal supplement in broiler diets. Three hundred one-day old AA+ broilers were randomly assigned to five treatment with six replicates. There were ten broilers per replicate. The experiment was divided into two phases(0~3 week and 4~6 week). The birds were fed the basal diet,or basal diet supplemented with 10,15,20,25 mg/ kg hawthorn extract. The results showed that the average feed intake and average daily gain of broiler was increased by hawthorn entract supplementation (P<0. 05), the FCR was improved in anaphase, and the sum of Escherichia Coli in Ileum and Cecum was decreased (P<0. 05). It showed positive effect on the colonization of Lactic bacteria in Jejunum, Ileum and cecum. Based on the rusults,it is suggested that the optimal level of hawthorn extract in broiler diet was 20 mg/kg.
