高光效大豆光合特性的研究

摘    要:我们对高光效大豆(哈79—9440、哈82—7851、哈82—7799)的光合特性进行了研究。结果表明:(1)不同大豆品种(系)间存在着光合单位密度、光合速率、叶绿体DCIP光还原活性和RUBP羧化酶活性的区别。(2)光合速率同RUBP羧化酶活性密切相关。(3)RUBP羧化酶活性同大豆籽粒产量成正相关。因此,估价某品种的光合能力时,除了要考虑光合速率外,对光能的吸收、传递、转换以及光合环的运转效率也应考虑。尤其值得特别注意的是RUBP羧化酶活性。

Abstract:The photosynthetic properties of soybean with high pho osynthetic efficaency (Ha 79-9440, Ha 82-7851, Ha 82-7799) were studied. The results showed: (1) The density of photosynthetic unit, CO2 assimilation rate , DCIP photoreduction activity and RUBPCase activity of chloroplasts varied from one variety to other: (2) The photosynthetic rate related with RUBPCase activity. (3) The RUBPCase activity was pasitively relative to yield of soybean seed. Therefore, estimation of absorb, turnover, transfer of light energy and revolving rate of photo-synthetic cycle are also important bisaies phctosynthetie rate for evaluating capability of some variety. The RUBPCase activity was very signifieant.
