| 摘 要： | 墨茄嫁接后,长势明显改善,株高、茎粗、叶片数、开展度、根鲜重、冠鲜重等生物学性状指标增加;嫁接对茄子果实的内在品质无明显不良影响,果实的外观品质优于对照;6种砧木嫁接茄子都有明显的增产效果,刚果茄＞牛茄子＞赤茄＞托鲁巴姆＞粘毛茄＞乳茄＞对照,防病效果:托鲁巴姆＞粘毛茄＞刚果茄＞赤茄＞牛茄子＞乳茄＞对照.建议选用刚果茄作墨茄的砧木为佳.

| Abstract: | Using Solanum torvum, S.surattense, S.sisybriiflium, S.integrifolium, S.sisymbrifolium, S.manunosum as root stocks , S.melongena as a scion, effects of various root stocks on growth and resistance to verticillium wilt of eggplants were studied. The results were as follows: Grafted eggplants were better in plant height, shoot diameter, leaves number, plant frame, root FW and shoot FW. There were not obviously bad effects of various root stocks on internal quality of eggplants. External quality of grafted eggplants was better than that of control. Yields were increased after graft, and the sequence was S.sisybriiflium>S.surattense S.integrifolium>S.torvum>S.sisymbrifolium>S.manunosum>control. Disease-resistance was increased after graft, and the order of resistance was S.torvum>S.sisymbrifolium>S.sisybriiflium>S.integrifolium>S.surattense>S.manunosum> contrast. To sum up, S.sisybriiflium was the best root stock of S.melongena. |
