| 摘 要： | 目的]制备丹参热敏型眼用凝胶。方法]以Poloxamer 188和壳聚糖为热敏材料制备丹参热敏型眼用凝胶，考察胶凝温度，累积溶蚀量，凝胶的眼刺激性，采用荧光示踪法观察了眼部滞留时间。结果]以Poloxamer 188和壳聚糖为凝胶基质提高了凝胶的胶凝温度，凝胶的累积溶蚀量和凝胶的眼部滞留时间增加，凝胶对兔眼无刺激。结论]丹参热敏型眼用凝胶具有更适宜的胶凝温度，达到了滴入眼内形成凝胶并且延长滞留时间的目的。
