锡嘴雀消化道5-HT细胞的免疫组织化学研究

摘    要:摘要:应用ABC(avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex)免疫组织化学方法,对锡嘴雀消化道5-HT免疫反应阳性内分泌细胞的分布密度及形态进行了观察,结果显示:5-HT阳性细胞在消化道内除食管和嗉囊外均有分布,且细胞分布密度以十二指肠最高,胃和直肠最低,细胞形态多样,呈圆形、椭圆形、锥形和梭形等,广泛分布于上皮基部、上皮细胞之间和腺泡上皮细胞之间。根据其形态认为5-HT阳性细胞具有内、外分泌功能并且其细胞分布型的形成与各部位消化功能有关。

Abstract:To observe the distributive density and morphology of 5-Hydroxytryptamine immunoreactive cells (5-HT cells) in the digestive tract of Coccothraustes coccothraustes by using the ABC (avidin-biotin-peroxidase complex) immunohistochemical technique.The results indicated that the 5-HT positive immunoreactive cells could be observed throughout the digestive tract,except oesophagus and crop.The highest density was in duodenum,but the lowest cell density was found in the stomach and rectum.The 5-HT cells had different shapes including round,shuttle-like,tapering,ellipse and so on.The cells widely distributed in basal epithelial cells,between epithelial cells and glandular epithelial cells.According to the morphology of the endocrine cells,the auther suggested that 5-HT positive immunoreactive cells should have both endocrine and exocrine functions,and the cell distributive formation was related to the function of each part of digestive tract of Coccothraustes coccothraustes
