海藻糖的特性及其在植物抗逆中的应用

摘    要:干旱、盐碱和冻害是限制植物生长发育的主要逆境因子,海藻糖是一种非还原性二糖,在胁迫条件下可有效维持生物膜、细胞内活性物质的稳定性,从而提高植物对干旱等非生物胁迫的耐受能力。结合海藻糖的理化性质,综述了海藻糖在提高植物抗旱、耐盐等抗逆性方面的研究进展。

Abstract:Drought,salinity and cold stress are the major adversity environmental factors which limit the growth and development of plants.Trehalose is a kind of irreducible disaccharide,which can effectively maintain the stability of cell membrane and intracellular active substance under stress,thereby can enhance the tolerance of plants to abiotic stresses such as drought.In this paper,the research progress of trehalose in improving the tolerance of plants to drought,salt and so on was summarized based on the physical and chemical characteristics of trehalose.
