| 摘 要： | 采用原子吸收分光光度法对福州市油菜、番茄、茄子三种上市蔬菜中重金属Pb、Cu、Cr、Cd和微量元素Zn的含量进行了检测,并运用单因子污染评价指数进行了蔬菜重金属污染的评价。结果表明:自由集市中个别蔬菜存在Cr轻度污染,部分蔬菜存在Pb轻中度污染;从大型超市和自由集市购买的所有蔬菜样品均存在Cd含量超标现象,其中自由集市蔬菜的Cd甚至达到中度污染级;所有样品中Cu含量均低于全国代表值,Zn含量则与全国代表值相当。

| Abstract: | By using atomic absorption spectrophotometry,the contents of heavy metal elements Pb,Cu,Cr,Cd and trace element Zn in three kinds of vegetables（rape,tomato and eggplant） from the large supermarkets and free markets of Fuzhou city were detected,and the grade of heavy metal pollution in these vegetables in Fuzhou was evaluated by single-factor pollution evaluation index.The results showed that the pollution grade of Cr in individual vegetables from free markets was mild,and that of Pb in part vegetables was mild or moderate.However,the content of Cd in all vegetable samples from two types of markets exceeded the national standard,and the Cd pollution grade even reached moderate level in vegetables from free markets.In all vegetable samples,the Cu content was below the national representative value,and Zn content was similar to the national representative value. |
