摘    要:用 LI-COR 6400便携式光合作用测定仪系统研究南方红豆杉的光合特性,结果表明:①1-4年生南方红豆杉幼苗的光饱和点为1000~1999μmol /m2.s,光补偿点为87-44.81μmol /m2·S,最大净光合速率为1.32~3.00μmol/m2.sl,接近耐阴喜光性植物的光合特征.②不同苗龄南方红豆杉幼...

Abstract:With Licor-6400,photosynthetic characteristics in leaves of Taxus chinensis var.mairei were studied,the result showed that: the light compensation point(PLC),light saturation point(PLS),and maximun net photosynthetic rate(AMAX) were 87~44.8,1 000~1 999 μ mol /m2·s and 1.32~3.00 μ mol/m2·s,respectively,which be close to the photosynthetic characteristics of shade-tolerant light loving plants.The value of chlorophyll a,b,(a+b),a/b and chlorophyll contents of seedlings of T.chinensis var.mairei in different growth period,have prominence differences.The value of chlorophyll a/b increased with the increase in age of seedlings,the value of chlorophyll b increased with the increase in age of seedlings.The change of chlorophyll b contents was analyzed and the photosynthetic characteristics of seedlings of T.chinensis var.mairei in shade resistance and photophobia were elucidated.
