摘    要:以美国的黄瓜抗病自交系WIS2757与津研2号自交系及相关杂交后代为材料,采用喷雾接种法,在空调温室内进行了黄瓜抗白粉病(Sphaerotheca fuliginea)遗传规律的研究。结果表明,WIS2757对白粉病的抗性基因模式为RRssii,即抗性由1个隐性主效基因s,1个显性加强基因R和1个隐性基因i决定。津研2号与WIS2757抗性的差异主要在于R基因的差异,即津研2号的基因型模式为rrssii,抗性由1个隐性主效基因s和1个隐性基因i决定。感病亲本的基因组成为RRSSII。

Abstract:Inheritance of resistance to powdery mildew(Sphaerotheca fuliginea, Beijing)in two inbred lines, WIS2757 from American and Jinyan 2 from China had been studied in the air conditioned greenhouse by spraying inoculum. The results showed that resistance genotype to powdery mildew in WIS2757 was RRssii, that means resistance was controlled by a major recessive gene s, a dominant gene R and an recessive gene i. The model was rrssii in Jinyan 2 that resistance was controlled by a major recessive gene s and a recessive inhibitory gene i, and differed from WIS2757 in gene R. The genotype of susceptible parent line was RRSSII.
