| 摘 要： | 科技是第一生产力,农业科技创新为经济社会的发展提供了强大动力,是加快乡村振兴的必由方式。本文通过对黑龙江省改革开放40年来农业科技创新对粮食安全起到作用的梳理,分析了科技创新在黑龙江省乡村振兴中的重大意义和重要支撑作用,从品种改良、技术更新和推广示范三个维度实证论证了科技创新对黑龙江省乡村振兴的引领效果,并从调整产业结构、升级科技水平、加大农民培训、提档三产融合等方面提供对策和建议。

The Role of Science and Technology Innovation in Rural Revitalization in Heilongjiang |

| Abstract: | Science and technology are No.1 productive forces. Scientific and technological innovation is the resource of driving force for world development and an important power to promote the development of rural revitalization of a region. This paper analyzes factors that science and technology innovation in hei longjiang province rural revitalization of the significance and the important support role. It is on this foundation that variety improvement, technology updates and popularizing argument rural revitalization effect of science and technology innovation in Hei longjiang. Some advices and countermeasures provided from the adjustment of industrial structure, upgrade the technology level, increase the farmers" training and tertiary industry integration. |
