| 摘 要： | 城市化与新农村建设这两者之间存在一种动态的关系模型，当这个模型的前提和假设均成立时，模型运行的结果就是城乡之间的良性互动；反之而不加修正两者就会产生抵触，扩大城乡差异。本文尝试对这种动态关系进行分析与研究，指出该模型理想化运行的前提和假设与实际的差异，并提出政策建议。

| Abstract: | There is a dynamic relational model between Urbanization and the new rural construction. If the premise and assumption of this model have been set up, it will lead to the positive interaction between urban and rural areas. On the contrary, conflicts will arises between the two sides, and the gap between them will be enlarged. We attempt to analyze this dynamic relationship, point out the differences between hypothetical model and reality, and put forward policy suggestions. |
