摘    要:以栽培表现较好杂交一代品种‘Apollo’为试材,研究了芦笋花药培养技术,建立了一套较完善的芦笋花药培养技术体系。结果表明:1~2mm的花蕾、4℃低温预处理5d、MS+2.0mg/L 6-BA+1.0mg/L NAA为愈伤组织和芽诱导的最佳条件;最适继代增殖条件为:MS+0.5mg/L 6-BA+0.2mg/L NAA。并对继代增殖组培苗进行了初步的倍性鉴定。

Abstract:In order to establish a better system of Asparagus anther culture technology,a plant of the first filial generation ’Apollo’ which had a better character in the process of growth was selected.The results showed that the best callus and shoots inducted conditions were buds whose lengths were 1-2 mm,storage at 4 ℃ for 5 days and a MS culture medium containing 2.0 mg/L 6-BA,1.0 mg/L NAA;the best subculture medium was MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA.Plant regenerations from callus were ploidy identified.
