杏杂种实生树叶片童性的研究

摘    要:以凯特×新世纪杂种后代群体不同童期实生树及同一童期不同区段叶片为试材,测定其形态、解剖和生理生化等11个指标。结果表明,(1)除DNA含量无显著差异外,2年童期实生树的叶面积、叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度、叶绿素、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质、还原糖、淀粉及RNA含量等指标均高于4年童期实生树的相应指标,差异达到显著或极显著水平;(2)随童区到成年区的过渡,各项指标有逐渐增大的趋势,2年童期实生树童区和成年区的叶面积、叶片厚度、栅栏组织厚度及DNA含量差异不显著,叶绿素、可溶性糖等其他指标有显著性差异;但4年童期实生树的童区和成年区比较,除DNA含量无显著性差异外,其余各指标差异均达到极显著水平,说明2年童期实生树童区的童性不明显,4年童期实生树童区的童性表现十分明显。

Abstract:The morphological, anatomic and physiological indexes of the leaves in different juvenile phases and on different sections of the apricot hybrid seedlings dereived from Katy × Xinshiji were measured. The results indicated that the leaf area, leaf thickness, palisade tissue thickness, chlorophyll, free amino acid, soluble sugar, soluble protein, reducing sugar, starch and RNA content of 2-year juvenile phase seedling were higher than those of 4-year juvenile phase, the differences were significant or very significant, but there was no significant difference in DNA content. Along with the transition from the juvenile to adult zone, the indexes had the trend of increment, only the leaf area, leaf thickness, palisade tissue thickness and DNA content of juvenile zone of 2-year juvenile phase seedling had no significant difference with those of adult zone. Besides the DNA content, the other indexes were significant different between the juvenile zone and adult zone of 4-year juvenile phase. The juvenile traits of juvenile zone of 2-year juvenile phase were not obvious, while those of juvenile zone of 4-year juvenile phase were very obvious.
