| 摘 要： | 要正确处理林业多种经营与森林资源保护之间的关系，应当把握以下三点：一是在林业发展中，必须坚持以科学发展观统领全局，创新林业经营体制改革，提高林地生产力，实现兴林惠民和绿色增长协调发展；二是坚持运用辩证唯物主义观点，正确处理林业多种经营与森林资源保护之间的关系；三是在社会主义市场经济条件下，对于森林资源保护的问题，应当重视市场手段的运用。

| Abstract: | To correctly handle the relationship between forestry management and forest resources protection,we should grasp the following three points:firstly,we must stick to scientific development perspective to command overall arrangements,reform forest management system and improve forest land productivity to realize the coordinating development and achieve green growth.Secondly,we should insist on using the dialectical materialist view and correctly handling the relationship between a variety of forestry management and forest resources protection.Thirdly,we should use market-based instruments to realize the protection of forest resources with the socialist market economy condition. |
