摘    要:为了给牧草抗盐品种的筛选和选育以及在盐渍土上栽培牧草提供理论依据,试验对Na2CO3和NaHCO3混合盐胁迫下细叶胡枝子和兴安胡枝子种子的萌发特性进行了研究和品种间的比较。结果表明:盐胁迫下的种子发芽受到抑制,且在相同混合盐浓度下细叶胡枝子种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和累积发芽率都显著高于兴安胡枝子种子(P<0.05)。说明细叶胡枝子的耐盐性高于兴安胡枝子。

Abstract:To provide a theorentical basis in the screening and the selection for salt tolerant forage varieties and cultivating forage in the saline soil,the characteristics of the seed germination were studied and compared between Lespedeza-hedysaroides and Lespedeza dahurica under the mixed salt stress with Na2CO3 and NaHCO3.The results showed that the inhibitions of seed germination of all the test materials were significantly enhanced under the salt-stress condition.The germination rate,germination energy,germination index and cumulative germination in the seeds of Lespedeza hedysaroide were significantly higher(P<0.05) than that of in the seeds of Lespedeza dahurica in the same salt concentration.It indicates that the salt tolerance of Lespedeza hedysaroides was higher than that of L.davurica.
