摘    要:试验使用不同稀释液在2—5℃稀释保存鸡精液,测定了体外保存的精子活力和pH值变化。随保存时间的延长,不同稀释精液的精子活力和pH值下降幅度有差异。精子活力与pH值密切相关。精液稀释保存24小时的受精率以BPSE液最高(86.37%),与新鲜未稀释精液的受精率无显著差异;不同稀释液的受精蛋孵化率均无显著差异。用BPSE液加氧和减压保存的效果均无改进。Lake液以1:1(精液:稀释液,v/v)的倍数稀释,保存24小时后精子活力和pH值明显低于较高稀释倍数(1:2或1:3);保存24小时的受精率显著低于输精前加入BPSE液调整Lake液后的受精率。

Abstract:Chicken semen was stored at 2—5℃ with various extenders. The changes of sperm motility and semen pH were determined in semen stored in vitro.The sperm motility and semen pH declined in varying degrees as the storing time prolonged among treatments. The semen stored for 24 h with BPSE had highest fertility (86.37%). There was no sigificant difference in the fertility between the unstored semen and the stored semen with BPSE and in the hatchability of fertile aggs among the treatments. After the semen Was stored for 24 h with Lake dilution of diluent rate 1: 1, the sperm motility and semen pH were obviously lower than those of diluent rate 1: 2 or 1: 3 and the fertility was significantly lower than that with BPSE added before insemination.
