摘    要:以11个面团流变学特性差异较大的冬小麦品种按NICC配置杂交组合,分析了F1、F2品质性状(面粉蛋白质含量、湿面筋含量、沉淀值、降落值及面团流变学特性)的杂种优势和亲子关系及品质性状间的相关关系,探讨杂种F1、F2优势利用的可行性及培育优质杂种小麦的选配规律.结果表明:F1、F2代杂种优势显著,各品质性状指标与亲本呈正相关,选择高值亲本可获得较高的F1、F2组合,杂种小麦F1及F2代在生产中具有利用可行性.

Abstract:In this study,11 winter wheat varieties with significantly different dough rheology characters were analyzed on NICC hybridization combination.Heterosis,parent-offspring correlation and correlation on quality characters in quality characters were analyzed.Results are as follows: Heteroses in F_1 and F_2 populations were significant,quality characters and parents were positive correlation,heterosis was practicable in improving wheat quality.Choosing the high parent may obtain the higher F_1 and F_2 combination,hybrid wheat F_1 and F_2 generation has the utilizable feasibility in the production.
