摘    要:在福建省花生种植区发现短尾根腐线虫的侵害.采用胡萝卜愈伤组织培养线虫,观察温度对线虫繁殖力的影响以及线虫在最适温度下的胚胎发育过程.研究表明,短尾根腐线虫繁殖的适宜温度为25~30℃,最适温度为30℃.30℃下短尾根腐线虫从产卵至2龄幼虫孵化需要8~9 d.

Abstract:Pratylenchus brachyurus was detected from the peanut production areas of Fujian Province. The nematodes were cultured on carrot callus tissues, and the effect of temperature on reproductive capacity and morphological changes during embryonic develop-ment under optimum temperature were recorded. The results showed that the suitable temperature range for nematode production was 25-30 ℃ with the optimal temperature being 30 ℃. And it took 8-9 d for eggs to reach 2 instar larvae when hatched at 30 ℃.
