摘    要:钾细菌可以有效分解土壤中难溶性含钾矿物,释放出被作物直接利用的钾、磷等元素,在提高作物产量、改善土壤微环境等方面有广阔前景.土壤速效钾可以被烟草直接吸收利用,促进生长,而我国土壤全钾含量较高,但速效钾含量较低,因此严重制约着我国烟草品质.本文综述了钾细菌的解钾机理、发酵优化条件与研究进展,总结了其在烟草生产上的应用,提出了目前仍存在的钾细菌定殖活性、肥效低等问题,并探讨今后钾细菌与土壤微生态相结合的研究方向.

Abstract:Potassium-solubilizing bacteria can effectively decompose insoluble potassium ( K) minerals in the soil, releasing K, phosphorus and other elements which can be directly uptaken by crops, which poses promising prospects in improving crop yield and soil micro-environment. Although soil total K content is high in China, available K content is low, which seriously restricts tobacco quality. In this paper, research progress on mechanisms of potassium-solubilizing bacteria, optimized fermentation condition, and its application in tobacco production were summarized. And problems of colonizing activity and low efficiency of potassium-solubilizing bacteria were also addressed, together with future direction on integration with soil micro-ecology.
